We currently only deliver within Australia

We aim to have you order ready to ship/collect within 24-48 hours (excluding personalised product). For pick-up it may be the same day.

There are 3 ways to receive your order from Jsala Soy Candles.

1. Local Contactless Pickup (no shipping fee)

At checkout you can select to pickup your order from Jsala Soy Candles free of charge. You will be notified when it is ready to collect.

  • Local contactless pickup available from 35-47 Tieman Road, Yarrambat Victoria 3091, Australia. 
    You can collect any day between 8-5pm. We recommend collecting as soon as possible.
  • Enter the driveway at the barn and underneath the basketball ring is a cream shed and your order is safely inside with your name on it.
  • Your order will be clearly marked with invoice attached.

 2. Metro Melbourne: 

  • Flat rate express courier shipping $10.
  • We will determine if your address is suitable for this option.
    Usually arrives next business day if ordered by midday Monday to Friday. 

3. Rest of Australia:

  • Flat rate shipping $10.
    Sent via regular Australia Post service

    All orders are dispatched from Yarrambat, Vic. Any delays with shipping are out of our control. Estimated postage timeframes according to Australia Post:

        • Metro areas delivered within 2-7 business days after your order is dispatched.
        • All other areas within 5-9 business days after your order is dispatched.

    *Some rural deliveries may take longer.

    We take care to wrap and protect your product/s from any damage whilst items are being shipped. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us on info@jsalasoycandles.com.au within 24 hours of you receiving the item. Damaged goods will be replaced if the damage was caused in transit. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

    Where possible we use recycled packaging or re-use cardboard boxes when posting items to reduce the impact on our environment and landfill.  So please don't be alarmed if you receive your item in a cardboard box with a different label.  We are just trying to reduce waste.
