Hi, I’m Janine, the owner and maker behind JSALA Soy Candles.
For almost 14 years, I’ve been hand-pouring premium soy candles, home fragrance and personalised gifts from my workshop in Yarrambat, Melbourne.
What started as a hobby quickly grew into a business I absolutely love. Every candle is carefully made in small batches using premium soy wax, quality Australian fragrance oils and cotton wicks, creating beautiful fragrances designed to fill your home.
The name JSALA comes from the first initial of each member of my family, making it as personal as the products I create.
Today I continue to hand-pour every candle myself while also creating personalised gifts and running candle-making workshops for people who love getting creative.
My goal has always been simple…
To create beautiful, affordable products that people love filling their homes with and are proud to give as gifts.
