Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If the item is faulty we will offer a refund or replacement.

We do not replace items if the item has not been used in the correct manner. If the candle is not burning correctly and care instructions have not been followed, then a refund or replacement will not be issued. Please follow instructions on our care card to burn your candle correctly.

Damaged or Faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Following a purchase you have 30 days to make contact regarding damaged or faulty goods.
